Our reality constructs in duality, a negative and positive, night and day, man and women dark and light, depression and passion, love and hate and etc... How much is needed to change negative feeling and negative life in positive?, for time wise one heart beat. Negative emotions, pessimistic view of life, can be transformed in light, love adventure and inner happiness in a heart beat..
